1. 1:1 Sessions (Akashic Records, Oversoul Guidance, Energy Healing)
- • Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a private session.
- • Refunds: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the energetic preparation involved
2. Digital Content & The Living Temple Archives
- • Instant Access: Because access to the Living Temple Archives, spiritual awakening courses, and recorded transmissions is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your membership to the community circle at any time; however, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
3. Seasonal Healing Retreats & Live Events
- • Deposits: All deposits for seasonal healing retreats (e.g., Mount Shasta) are non-refundable, as they secure venue and logistical commitments.
- • Tiered Refunds: Detailed refund schedules for the remaining balance will be provided in your specific retreat contract. Generally, no refunds are issued within 30 days of the event start date.
4. Energy Healing Training & Mentorships
- • Once the curriculum or initial energy healing teachings have been delivered, refunds are not permitted. We are committed to those who are committed to their long-term spiritual maturity.
