Thank you for choosing Nasty's for your laundry
needs. By using our services, and/or purchase of
products you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
Company: Foggy Hollows LLC, doing
business as Nasty's Laundry/Nasty's ("Nasty's,"
"we," "us," or "our").
Customer: Any individual or entity
("you," "your," or "customer") who uses or purchases
Nasty's Laundry services or products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using Nasty's Laundry pickup
and delivery service, drop-off service, or
purchasing any Nasty's Laundry Detergent or related
products, you agree to be bound by these Terms &
Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms,
please do not use our services or products.
Your continued use of our services constitutes
acknowledgment and acceptance of any updates or
modifications to these Terms & Conditions, which may
be made at our discretion without prior notice.
2. Services Provided
Nasty's Laundry provides residential and commercial
laundry pickup and delivery, wash & fold, and
related cleaning services. Service availability,
pricing, and turnaround times are subject to change
without notice.
All services are performed by or on behalf of Foggy
Hollows LLC (Nasty's Laundry).
Standard turnaround time is the 48 Hour Standard, as
advertised. Other turnaround times including the 8
Hour Fast and 24 Hour Express are subject to
availability. Turnaround time is the standard 48
Hour Standard unless the expedited 8 Hour Fast or
the 24 Hour Express is selected.
3. Service Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All laundry services are provided at the customer's
own risk.
While we take great care in handling every item,
Foggy Hollows LLC, Nasty's Laundry, and its
affiliates, partners, owner(s), employee(s), agents,
or contractors are not responsible or liable for:

Damage, discoloration, or wear to any item,
including but not limited to rips, tears, holes,
fraying, fading, shrinking, stretching or missing
buttons

Missing or broken buttons, zippers, fasteners,
strings, beads, sequins, or embellishments
-
Color bleeding, dye transfer, or detergent-related
effects
-
Fabric damage due to pre-existing weaknesses, age,
improper labeling, material, fabric, or
manufacturer defects
-
Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin
irritations from detergents, softeners, scents,
sodium hypochlorite, brighteners, sodium
percarbonate, or other laundry agents used
-
Loss of items or personal property left in
pockets, bags, or otherwise
-
Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
arising from the use of our services and/or
products
-
Items with existing damage such as rips, loose
threads, damaged or missing buttons or sequence,
holes, existing stains, shrinking, stretching or
other wear damage are handled at the customer's
risk. When possible we may attempt to notify you
of these issues upon identification before
cleaning whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for checking pockets and
ensuring no personal or valuable items including but
not limited to jewelry, cash, electronics,
identification cards, or documents are left in
clothing. Nasty's Laundry will not be held liable
for any items lost, damaged, or destroyed during
processing or otherwise.
Customers must ensure your contact information is
correct and accurate for updates and notifications
regarding your order.
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and
report any discrepancies immediately.
Customers must ensure and do not include any
hazardous materials or items that may pose a risk
including but not limited to sharps, heavily soiled
items with biohazards, and any other item that may
cause risk or harm.
4. Laundry Care & Handling
We follow industry-standard processes and wash all
items according to fabric type and color. However,
due to the wide variety of fabrics, dyes, and
manufacturing methods, we cannot guarantee against
color changes, shrinkage, or other results.
We accept machine-washable items only. Foggy Hollows
LLC, Nasty's does not accept responsibility for
items which are labeled "dry clean only" or "hand
wash only" that are accidentally or intentionally
included in your laundry bag. Items with "hand wash
only" or "dry clean only" labels will be processed
at the customer's risk if included in a regular wash
& fold order.
Laundry must be packed by the customer securely in a
bag that closes and is closed upon pickup. Nasty's
is not responsible for items lost or damaged due to
insufficient packaging. If the customer chooses not
to use a closable/sealable bag or if the bag is not
closed or sealed upon pickup Nasty's will still
pickup the order at the customers risk and not
responsible or liable for any damaged or missing
items due to insufficient packaging.
Customers must inform Nasty's of any special care
requests in advance. Only special care options which
are available for selection when placing an order
are applicable. Nasty's does not offer dry cleaning
or hand washing services at this time. If no
requests or instructions are provided, standard
washing and drying procedures will be used.
Non-laundry items left or included in bags, such as
keys, cards, money, paper, personal items, or
personal belongings are returned whenever possible,
but Foggy Hollows LLC and Nasty's is not responsible
and not liable for their loss or damage.
Unless specified in the order selections, Nasty's
does not provide stain removal services as part or
included in the standard wash and fold process.
Stain removal is not guaranteed even if selected in
the order selections. Nasty's always tries our best
to identify stains during inspection and may contact
customers to confirm if they would like the stains
treated at the advertised stain treatment rate.
Stain removal is not guaranteed including after
treatment of stain removal products applied to
customers item. Some and/or certain stains may
require specialized treatment or specialized
professional products beyond the scope of Nasty's
services.
Customers are responsible for notifying Nasty's in
the order notes for any special
instructions/requests such as cold wash, delicate
wash. If no special instructions/requests are made,
items will be washed and dried using normal,
standard operating conditions and settings for
washing and drying.
5. Weight, Pricing & Minimums
Laundry is weighed using calibrated digital scales
prior to washing.
Charges are based on weight, selections, membership
(if applicable) and service level selected
(turnaround time), subject to a minimum order
amount.
If your laundry weighs less than the minimum, the
minimum charge for your selected service or
membership (if applicable) and turnaround time still
applies.
6. Turnaround Times & Scheduling
Turnaround times (such as 8-hour, 24-hour, or
48-hour service) are estimates, not guarantees.
Pickup and delivery timelines are estimates and may
be subject to delays due to unforeseen
circumstances.
Actual pickup and delivery times may vary based on
route demand, traffic, weather, acts of God, civil
unrest, or other factors beyond our control.
Nasty's will make every reasonable effort to honor
scheduled pickup and delivery windows but reserves
the right to adjust or reschedule as needed.
Standard turnaround time is the 48 Hour Standard, as
advertised. Other turnaround times including the 8
Hour Fast and 24 Hour Express are subject to
availability. Turnaround time is the standard 48
Hour Standard unless the expedited 8 Hour Fast or
the 24 Hour Express is selected.
7. Membership
Overview
By enrolling in any Nasty's Laundry Membership, you
agree to an 8-week service commitment in exchange
for discounted pricing and priority service.
Memberships automatically renew every 8 weeks unless
canceled prior to renewal.
Membership Options
- Weekly Membership: 10% savings
- Bi-Weekly Membership: 7% savings
- Monthly Membership: 5% savings
Each plan is based on a recurring 8-week cycle which
automatically renews every 8 weeks unless canceled
prior to renewal.
Minimum Commitment
Members agree to be billed at least the minimum
amount for their chosen turnaround time (8 Hour
Fast/ 24 Hour Express/ 48 Hour Standard) and
membership (Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly) during the
8-week membership period — regardless of whether
laundry is provided each week/bi-weekly/monthly.
Service will continue to be provided for the entire
membership. Billing will occur once the order is
picked up and weighed, prior to washing. Billing is
based on weight, selections, membership (if
applicable) and other selections as applicable. If
no laundry is provided for pickup during the
membership period, the customer/member agrees to pay
the minimum charge according to their selected
membership.
When you sign up for a membership, you're agreeing
to a minimum 8-week service period. This means your
account will be billed each scheduled week (or
bi-week/month, depending on your plan) for at least
the minimum amount associated with your selected
turnaround time — even if you don't send laundry
that week/bi-week/month.
Non-members agree to to be billed at least the
minimum for the one time order placed.

Billing Process
When you sign up or place an order for
pickup/delivery, a hold is placed on your payment
method. Once your laundry is weighed and processed,
the hold is adjusted to reflect the final total cost
based on actual weight, selections, membership (if
applicable), other selections as applicable,
turnaround time and tip (if applicable). Tips go to
the employee/laundry attendant processing your order
and are non-refundable.
Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your order
and/or upon the scheduled membership as applicable.
Compensation for lost or damaged items will not
exceed the stated liability limit which is stated in
this Terms and Conditions agreement.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time, but:

Cancellation prevents future renewals after your
current 8-week cycle ends.

You remain responsible for completing or paying
the remaining minimum balance of the current
8-week period. Service will continue the entire
duration of the membership period (8 weeks total)
even if no laundry is provided for pickup. If no
laundry is provided for pickup, we will continue
attempting to pickup the order according to your
chosen plan until the membership ends.
Example: If you cancel after Week
1, your membership will not renew after Week 8, but
you will still be billed the minimum amount for
Weeks 2–8 even is no laundry is provided for pickup
or processing. During the 8 week membership period
we have reserved priority service, time and
discounted rates for your laundry needs and will
make an attempt to pickup your laundry according to
your selections either weekly, bi-weekly, or
monthly. We reserve the right to call, text, or
email you regarding your order or membership
including reminders.
Cancellation for non-members and/or one-time
orders:
If you need to cancel your order placed as a
one-time order and/or non-membership order, the
cancellation period is 2 hours before your scheduled
pickup time frame/time window begins. Standard
pickup times are an estimated 2-hour window for
pickup. If you need to cancel your order, the
cancellation request must be placed before 2 hours
of the scheduled pickup time window beginning.
Cancellation requests sent after the deadline are
subject to the applicable minimum charge.
Example: If you selected a pickup
time/window of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the
cancellation request must be sent before 8:00 AM the
day of pickup. Any cancellation request must be sent
2 hours prior to the selected pickup time frame
start/beginning. Cancellation requests sent after
the deadline are subject to the applicable minimum
charge.
Refunds
Membership payments, one time order payments,
selections, and service fees are non-refundable once
charged. Partial or early termination does not
entitle the customer to a refund. Compensation for
damaged or lost items will not exceed the stated
liability limit stated in this terms and Conditions
agreement. Refunds will only be provided for
services not rendered due to Nasty's error.
Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your order
or upon the scheduled membership selection if
applicable.
Claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted
in writing within 48 hours of delivery or pickup of
the applicable order.
8. Detergent & Product Disclaimer
All Nasty's Laundry Detergent and related cleaning
products are manufactured and labeled in compliance
with applicable state and federal regulations.
By purchasing or using Nasty's Laundry Detergent or
any related products, including products used in the
pickup-delivery service, you agree that:

You assume all risk associated with product(s) use
and intended use

You assume all risk associated with the service(s)
provided

Foggy Hollows LLC and Nasty's are not liable for
allergic reactions, misuse, or any direct or
indirect damages resulting from product and
product use.

You are responsible for reading and following all
label directions and warnings.
9. Service Refusal
Nasty's reserves the right to refuse service for any
reason and at any time, including but not limited to
harassment, threats including verbal and nonverbal,
violence, inappropriate or hazardous items, unpaid
balances, or unsafe pickup/delivery locations.
Nasty's reserves the right not to disclose the
reason for refusal and may refuse service without
cause or reason. Nasty's reserves the right for
refusal for any reason and at any time without
notification and without consent.
Nasty's Laundry does NOT accept the following items
and reserves the right to update this list and Terms
and Conditions at any time without notice.

Items containing biohazards including but not
limited to reusable diapers, used cloth diapers,
and other biological matter
-
Items containing flammable substances such as
fuel, diesel, oil, grease, including all other
solvents, all other chemicals, and other harmful
or hazardous materials
- Shoes of any kind
10. Lost or Unclaimed Items
Unclaimed laundry not retrieved or deliverable
within 30 days after service completion may be
considered abandoned and donated or disposed of at
Nasty's discretion. Foggy Hollows LLC (Nasty's) is
not responsible for unclaimed items after 30 days.
11. Payment Authorization
By placing an order or joining a membership, you
authorize Foggy Hollows LLC and Nasty's to charge
your card for all service and product fees,
including applicable minimums and taxes. By placing
an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims must be reported in writing
within 48 hours of order completion. Failure to
report within this timeframe releases Nasty's from
any and all liability. While Nasty's makes every
effort to prevent loss or damage, in rare cases,
mistakes may occur. In the rare event of loss or
damage our, (Foggy Hollows LLC (Nasty's)), liability
is limited to 5 times the cleaning charge of the
affected item, subject to a maximum of $150 per
order. Claims for loss or damage must be made within
48 hours of delivery or pickup. Foggy Hollows LLC
(Nasty's) is not liable or responsible for damages
caused by: Pre-existing conditions such as weak
seams, fabric deterioration or previous improper
care. Foggy Hollows LLC (Nasty's) is not liable or
responsible for damages caused by: Items mislabelled
or unsuited for standard or normal machine washing
and machine drying. Nasty's will weigh the returned
laundry and may keep on record in cases of loss
disputes to confirm the reported weight of the
order.
All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.
You agree to resolve any claim exclusively through
binding arbitration in Madison County, Alabama, and
waive any right to participate in a class action or
jury trial.
13. No Warranties
Services and products are provided "as is" and "as
available." No warranties. Foggy Hollows LLC makes
no express or implied warranties, including but not
limited to fitness for a particular purpose or
merchantability.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foggy
Hollows LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and
affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses,
costs, or liabilities arising out of or related to
your use of our services or products. Services and
products are offered at the customers risk and you
agree Foggy Hollows LLC and Nasty's is not liable.
By using our services and/or products you agree to
these Terms and Conditions.
15. Modification of Terms
Foggy Hollows LLC reserves the right to modify these
Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and
become effective immediately upon publication.
By using Nasty's Laundry services or purchasing
any Nasty's products, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to all Terms &
Conditions listed above.
