At Newport Insider Tours, we are true Newport insiders. We will not only take you to all the famous and historical sites, but we will also take you to all the nooks and crannies of Newport that only insiders know. You will be ushered in style in a high end SUV. We offer either a 2 hour or 1/2 day tour (4 hours). Tours start at either 9:30 or 1:30 but we are flexible and try to accommodate our clients.

For the last 30 years, I travel every year with my college roommates to special destinations. Being from the South we always wanted to see Newport but never got there until last year. The 4 of us really had a blast on the insiders tour. We learned a lot about the cities rich history but also saw some true insider spots and where celebrities lived and live that blew us away. We have been on dozens of tours, but this was the best by far.
I am a historian so I was most interested in the cities history. Not only did I learn a lot more that I didn't know, which surprised me, we had a lot of fun and a lot of laughs. We got married in Newport and spent the week before in Newport with our extended families. A few parties booked with Newport Insiders and we all had wonderful experiences. As the bride to be, I was very anxious that week, but this tour captivated and relaxed me.
Our daughter goes to Salve Regina College in Newport and we had never been, so our first time there we took the tour and not only was it everything we were hoping for, they helped us with so much, from best restaurants, to ones to avoid, to best places to shop etc....We can't say enough.
