Are there any standout instructions you're excited about at the moment?

We’re very fortunate to be advising on some exceptional homes across Mayfair, Belgravia and St James’s. There’s a particular focus at the top end of the market. Properties with provenance, craftsmanship and discretion built in. It's a strong book at the moment, and we're seeing real appetite for the right assets.

You’ve lived in Mayfair all your life. How does that shape your approach?

It gives me a different perspective. I’m not looking at Mayfair from the outside – it’s home. You pick up on the subtleties, the changes in tone from street to street. You build long-term relationships naturally because you’re part of the community.

What does success look like to you?

It’s delivering outcomes that feel effortless to the client but are the result of hard, detailed work behind the scenes. It’s the quiet calls saying, “We’ve secured it,” without fuss. It’s clients who come back…not just for one deal, but across generations.

Where do you see the prime market heading into 2025?

The fundamentals remain strong. Prime central London is resilient because it offers something you can’t replicate elsewhere: security, culture, connectivity. Buyers are increasingly discerning, but when the right opportunity presents itself, they move quickly. Our role is to be ahead of that curve.

And outside of work, where would we find you?

Most likely having dinner at Wiltons. I keep it simple – good food, familiar faces, and a short walk home.
