David built a beautiful pergola for me with a roof, coordinated laying of concrete, moved sprinklers, built a wooden bar, and installed drainage lines for future gutters. He is a wonderful honest contractor who ALL people need. David is an excellent worker and supervisor. Thank you David for a beautiful backyard!

I was hit by Hurricane Beryl July 8,2024. Major damage to my home and my new carport and 2 vehicles under it were totalled. Needless to say, I have been working with contractors for the past year! David was wonderful. His communication was top rate and he actually did what he said he was going to do and when he said he was going to do it! He built my new carport, 20×20 built as requested and beautiful. I wish I would have known him earlier for work on my home! I will definitely be calling him again if I have any further needs!

David at Cornerstone Builders did a fabulous job on a home renovation for my recent real estate clients. They were very pleased with his work, communication, transparency, and kindness. This was an extensive job on a larger home that required painting, flooring, countertops, bathrooms, etc. I have already recommended him to two other people!

My house in Spring flooded during hurricane Harvey and David was our contractor who oversaw the total and complete restoration of our home. David was clear in his communication and pricing. He was prompt in scheduling sub-contractors and even completing many tasks himself. David was a delight to work with and I would hire him again in heartbeat. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Cornerstone Builders did a complete remodel of our home in 2018. The inside was rebuilt from the sheet rock. I only had a rough idea of what I wanted the finished product to look like, but David talked me through each decision and really helped us stay within our budget. I knew this would be our last big makeover before retirement and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The exterior got a facelift too with Hardy plank, new windows and doors. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined!

We had our Primary bath fully renovated and did some updates to our secondary bath. Super happy with the results and the cost. David was upfront about timing and work time. Great remodel! We would use him again for sure.
