About the Founder
Veronica Ann Scott
Founder & Managing Broker – Scott Property Management Group
Veronica Scott began her real estate career in property management in Los Angeles, working with the developers of Marina Del Rey before advancing into the complex, rent-controlled market of Santa Monica. After relocating to Tucson in 1990, she joined the new home construction industry, representing both production and custom home builders throughout Southern Arizona.
Over the years, Veronica has led the sales and marketing of residential property for a wide range of clients — including custom and production builders, lot developers, master-planned community developers, condominium conversions, multi-family projects, infill developments, and speculative investors.
She has successfully managed teams of sales professionals and subcontractors to bring projects to life, enriching communities and driving sustainable growth.
When the market shifted in 2008, Veronica adapted by focusing on REOs and short sales, representing banks, hedge funds, and asset management firms. Her work later expanded into specialized real estate research, where she analyzed national demographic and economic trends to identify high-performing markets and enhance real estate asset value for institutional clients.
In 2015, Veronica relocated to the greater Phoenix area to embark on a new chapter in appraisal management for a nationwide firm, serving both in-office and remote roles for nearly a decade. She returned to Tucson in 2020, bringing a wealth of experience and a renewed commitment to serving property owners and investors with integrity and insight.
