Others work from home or just prefer to get to know their Vercleaner staff and are therefore happy to be at home to give specific directions when needed. Just ensure that your Vercleaner staff has access to your home on the day of the clean.

We recommend a minimum of 3 hours for most standard 3-bedroom houses to be properly cleaned. However, if you require less or more space & areas to be cleaned, or have a different-sized property, contact us to arrange a suitable plan that matches your specific needs.

If you would like your Vercleaner staff to bring cleaning supplies & equipment, including eco-friendly solutions, a mop & a vacuum cleaner, please specify when making your booking -please note, this will incur additional charges.

Of course! Providing your own supplies & equipment will save you money, and for that added peace of mind, Your may have a preference for cleaning supplies & equipment, so having your own personalises the clean for your home.

Payments can be made via a secure online checkout. You can choose to pay after the cleaning has been completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results.

No cash payments are to be given directly to Vercleaner staff. This is to ensure we maintain clear & transparent transaction, as well as promoting safety & hygiene.g regulations.

Following the completion of your cleaning service, you'll receive an email with a summary of the service provided. If you have any questions or disputes regarding a completed Vercleaner cleaning service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the completed service to help facilitate a smooth resolution.

Yes, you can pay Vercleaner via bank transfer. We will provide you with our Business Account to complete the transfer.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us or email change@vercleaner.com with your new preferred appointment date. Please keep in mind that such changes should be made no less than 48 hours before the original appointment date.

We understand things change. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

For ongoing regular Vercleaner services, please contact us at least 48 hours before the next scheduled Vercleaner service.

Contact us at your earliest opportunity and inform us of basic details when submitting a cancellation email. Your name, scheduled cleaning date(s) and postcode are sufficient.

We'll confirm your cancellation via email.

Please note cancellations made less-than 48 hours before the scheduled cleaning date, will incur an admin fee of 25% or 50%, if made more than 24hrs or less than 24hrs, respectively.

After the cleaning service, you have 24 hours to check whether you like the results. If you're not satisfied, please contact us via email or phone, and tell us what went wrong. You may request a free 'correction cleaning' to put thing right. You may also be eligible for a discount on future cleanings, as well as a partial or 100% refund.

We love pets, but for safety and efficiency, we may ask that they are secured during the clean. Just let us know what works best for you.

Yes. After we agree on the service you require, we will open your account and draw up a contract. Once you’ve received, reviewed, and are happy with it, send it back to us. We will then put all measures in place and begin the work.

Yes. We supply everything agreed (as per the contract) to carry out the cleaning service. Any additional items or supplies not in the contract (including the supply of consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, bin liners etc.) will be discussed with the appointed manager, and invoiced at the end of the calendar month.

Yes. Vercleaner Limited is a VAT registered company.

Yes. Successful candidates at our rigorous recruitment process must submit a previous employer’s reference, a current proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK. Copies of their passport and driving licence are kept for our records. Where required, staff will also be DBS checked, to ensure additional security for our clients.
